A weekly KPI briefing for SaaS founders

Metrica gives SaaS founders a Monday briefing of MRR, new and churned customers, failed payments, signups and traffic: what changed against last week, the 4-week average and targets, where the change came from, and what needs attention. It connects to Stripe read-only and links every statement to its evidence. From $29 a month.

Why a dashboard isn't enough

Stripe shows revenue, Google Analytics shows traffic and a spreadsheet shows signups, but none of them tells you on Monday which numbers moved enough to matter and why. Founders end up skimming three tabs and guessing. Metrica does the comparison in code and writes up only what crossed your thresholds.

How to set it up

  • Connect Stripe with a restricted read-only key (or Stripe Connect): MRR, new and churned customers, revenue collected and failed payments appear straight away.
  • Add Google Analytics 4 for sessions and key events by channel, or upload your signups as a CSV.
  • Set weekly targets, then a Monday schedule for email and Slack.

What the briefing watches

  • MRR rebuilt from subscriptions (current prices, before discounts and tax).
  • Failed payments next to revenue collected, so a payment problem shows up the week it starts.
  • Signups and traffic split by channel, so a drop is traced to the channel that moved.

What you pay

Starter is $29 a month (3 data sources), Growth $59 (10 sources, 5 people) and Pro $99 (unlimited sources, up to 25 brands). Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, and limits are hard stops, never overage charges.

Questions

Is MRR exact?

It's rebuilt from your subscriptions at their current prices, normalised to a month, before discounts and tax. It's a reliable trend, not an accounting figure; the evidence for each MRR number says how it was computed.
