A weekly KPI briefing for online stores
Metrica gives online stores a Monday briefing of revenue, orders, refunds and traffic by channel: what changed against last week, the 4-week average and your targets, which channel the change came from, and what needs attention. Connect Stripe read-only or upload an orders CSV; every statement links to its evidence. From $29 a month.
Why a dashboard isn't enough
Store dashboards show today's sales; they rarely say that orders from paid social halved this week while everything else held. Metrica splits each metric by channel or any column you choose, compares it with last week and the 4-week average, and points to the part that moved.
How to set it up
- Connect Stripe if you take payments there, or upload an orders export as a CSV (one row per order is fine: Metrica counts rows and sums totals by day).
- Choose a split column such as channel or product type, and a filter if you want only paid orders.
- Add Google Analytics 4 for sessions by channel, set targets, and schedule the Monday email.
What the briefing watches
- Orders and revenue against last week and the 4-week average.
- Refunds or failed payments moving the wrong way.
- Which channel a change in orders or sessions came from.
What you pay
Starter is $29 a month (3 data sources), Growth $59 (10 sources, 5 people) and Pro $99 (unlimited sources, up to 25 brands). Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, and limits are hard stops, never overage charges.
Questions
Does it connect to Shopify?
Not directly today. Export your orders as a CSV (or keep them in a Google Sheet) and Metrica reads them; upload a new version whenever you like and everything is recomputed.
