Weekly client KPI briefings for agencies

Metrica gives agencies a weekly briefing per client from Google Analytics 4, Search Console or the spreadsheet you already report from: what changed, where it came from and what needs attention, with evidence on every statement. On Pro, each client is a brand with its own sources and a read-only share link. $99 a month.

Why a dashboard isn't enough

Client reports take hours because someone has to read the dashboards and write the 'what happened this week' paragraph. Metrica writes that paragraph from the numbers it computed, cites them, and lets you edit or reject any line before you share it.

How to set it up

  • On Pro, add a brand for each client (up to 25).
  • Connect the client's GA4 property and Search Console site with read-only Google access, or a Google Sheet.
  • Review the briefing, edit or reject any statement, then send a read-only share link or schedule an email to the client.

What the briefing watches

  • Sessions and key events by channel, and search clicks, impressions and position.
  • Targets you agreed with the client.
  • Incomplete data (Search Console's delay) held back rather than reported as a drop.

What you pay

Starter is $29 a month (3 data sources), Growth $59 (10 sources, 5 people) and Pro $99 (unlimited sources, up to 25 brands). Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, and limits are hard stops, never overage charges.

Questions

Can clients see each other's data?

No. Each brand has its own sources, metrics and briefings, and a share link opens only the one briefing it was created for.
